About the Doctor

Oral Health is the Gateway to overall Health and Wellness and the primary goal for all patients of Clayton Comprehensive Dental Care.

 While focused on providing the highest quality care for all his patients,Dr. Rogers is an active member in his church and community. Dr.Ted and his wife Dorothy have lived in Clayton since 1983. Their two daughters, Leslie and Lisa, grew up here, attended Clayton High, and after college returned home; married, began their careers, and are raising their children here. The family has been blessed to be a part of the life of this community and look forward to serving  friends, family, and newcomers for years to come.

Dr. Rogers received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1980. In 1986, he became a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.  In 2000, he was honored with a fellowship in the Academy of Dentistry International; in 2008 he became a Fellow pf tje Pierre Fauchard Academy, and in 2012 was made a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.

As well as participating  in local projects and state dental health programs, Dr. Rogers and Dorothy have worked in support of national and international missions promoting children’s health. Dr. Rogers is a Past-President of both the Fourth District Dental Society,and the NC Academy of General Dentistry.   As a founding member of the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, Dr. Rogers and his staff educate patients on the relationship between good oral health and overall health of the body.  Complete Health Dentistry is the focus of the practice and providing a safe, comfortable and friendly enviroment.  Individualized patient care is provided by  a doctor and team that has served this community for over thirty years. Building lasting relationships and healthy smiles is why we are here.
